What is ENI?
There are many moving parts when working with mushrooms. Throughout my journey I have found there is a serious lack of Education, Navigation and Integration. From this, was born the ENI program.
We want to use this medicine but most have no idea where to start. Many of us are familiar with "hey wanna eat these shrooms", yet we may not know there is a difference between varieties. We might be unsure of the different uses such as micro dosing. Maybe we want to try something different for our life but have heard about 'bad trips'. What if we have no where to source this beautiful medicine and want to learn how to cultivate our own? What ever path you take, education should be the first step.
Leading into navigation, when we do not have knowledge or understanding about something we are doing, it can be overwhelming. Having a tool box full of useful tidbits and insight can make the journey a little more comfortable.
Finally, I like using the analogy of a yoga retreat. You have a beautiful get away, learn some body movements and have delicious meals. Although if you do not know how to take the experience and knowledge from that weekend and integrate it into your daily life, well you may have had a great weekend but it ends there. When the reality is, if you had proper outlets you may have been able to take that weekend and yoke it for all its worth having longer lasting effects.
After these realizations, I have dedicated my time to spreading my ENI program. Working through one phase at a time gaining tools every step of the way. Helping to build a community who shares many of the same visions.
We can do many things on our own, it is important we start with ourselves but there comes a time we need community. Community is everything! Having people who share a similar passion and struggles, who have similar understandings and those who want to see a better world. I invite you to share this journey with me as I deep dive into the world of mushrooms.
With love,
Ileah Taylor
